Irricana & District Agricultural Society
The Ag Society has been serving Irricana and surrounding communities since 1984.
We strive to encourage and support improvement in agriculture, and improve the quality of life for all those living in our communities by developing programs, services and facilities. We support local Agricultural, Community and Sporting events.

What We Do
The Irricana and District Agricultural Society manages Bev MacDonald Memorial Arena
The Bev MacDonald Memorial Arena has been recently enlarged and improved with new panels, better footing, a timed event chute, and upgraded bucking chutes. A wide variety of clinics run throughout the summer, as well as a Junior Rodeo Series, Gymkhana Series and Rick Hagel Memorial Ranch Rodeo. Click here for more information. History
The Irricana and District Agricultural Society was established in 1984 to manage the existing Curling Rink and to allow for applications for Alberta Provincial Agricultural Grants. Each recreational area was able to obtain substantial funding for upgrades to buildings and ongoing operational funding.

The mission of the Irricana and District Agricultural Society is to promote, develop and enrich the district. We enable members, partners, community organizations and individuals to provide quality programs and activities.
